Kaila. I came to Elements Acupuncture in
March 2007 because I was suffering from
knee pain. I had been dealing with this
problem for 8 years. My knee pain woke me
up at night and wouldn’t allow me to sleep.
I had trouble walking during the day. It
also caused fatigue and sleep problems. I
tried medications such as painkillers,
which only provided temporary relief from
the pain.
I began to feel significant improvements in my condition after 6 treatments at Elements Acupuncture. At this point in time my condition feels 100% better. I now feel better and more relaxed and am able to sleep better and run more during track. I have also had significant improvements in other symptoms like nausea and stomach problems.

February 2007 because I was suffering from
migraines and food allergies. I had a
problem with PMS and no ability to sweat. I
had this problem for 10 years. It would
take days or weeks out of my life. I could
not get out of bed. I always had pounding
headaches and no energy. It caused fatigue,
difficulty sleeping, irritability, and
hopelessness. I would take allergy
medications, which made me want to sleep
more and made it difficult for me to

I tried medications such as prescription Imitrex and allergy medications, chiropractic and neurological treatments to resolve this problem. This resulted in having to take more medications from the neurology treatments, which made me lose my hair. The chiropractic gave me some relief.

train for marathons. It also caused

flare up and cause a stiff neck, shoulder
